04

Documented delivery, progress reporting on the agency's schedule, and a clean close-out package with all required certifications.

04 · Signature work

Full-cycle site delivery, managed as one coordinated program.

Multi-trade construction and site programs are where Eficas's delivery model pays off most. One contract, one accountable partner, and one reporting interface across what would otherwise be a dozen small contractors.

When an agency needs to take a site from abatement and demolition through construction and long-term grounds stewardship, the procurement burden of issuing and managing many small contracts can stall the work. Eficas takes on that coordination — sourcing local labor, managing trades, and producing the documentation grants and councils require.

One contract. One accountable partner. One reporting interface across a multi-trade construction program.

What's typically in scope

  1. Site assessment & engineering support Walk-throughs, scope definition, engineering review, and pricing with documentation suitable for council or grant review.
  2. Abatement & demolition Licensed abatement, structural and selective demolition, and documented disposal — permitted and coordinated with utilities.
  3. Construction management Subcontractor selection, scheduling, insurance and bonding compliance, and on-site oversight across trades.
  4. Progress & close-out reporting Photo documentation, milestone reporting on the agency's schedule, and a tidy close-out package on completion.

06 · Frequently asked

Common questions from procurement teams.

Quick answers to the questions buyers ask before issuing a solicitation or direct purchase order. Don't see your question here? Reach out through the form below.

01Are you registered on SAM.gov and on state vendor portals?
Eficas Consulting is registered on SAM.gov with an active UEI and CAGE code, and has registered on relevant state and county vendor portals in our service area. Registration details are available on request.
02Do you self-perform or subcontract?
Both. Eficas self-performs construction management, engineering coordination, and program-management work, and engages qualified, insured, and bonded subcontractors for specialized trades. Subcontractor documentation and oversight remain Eficas's responsibility under a single contract.
03What is your insurance and bonding capacity?
Eficas maintains general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and works with a bonding partner for project-specific surety. Certificates of insurance and bonding-capacity letters are provided with proposal submissions and are available upon request.
04Can you respond to RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs?
Yes. Eficas responds to RFPs, RFQs, ITBs, and direct purchase orders for any of our construction, construction management, engineering, and land management service lines. We can also serve as a single accountable prime on multi-trade solicitations. Send solicitation packages through the form below or directly to contracts@EficasConsulting.com.
05What geographic areas do you serve?
Our primary service area covers Ohio, Georgia, Indiana, West Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, and Colorado. We can extend to additional states for the right scope and engagement size — particularly for construction management and land management programs where our subcontractor network supports broader reach.
06How do you handle prevailing wage / Davis-Bacon?
On scopes subject to prevailing-wage or Davis-Bacon requirements, Eficas applies the governing wage determination across all on-site labor (in-house and subcontracted), maintains certified payroll records, and submits the required reporting on the schedule your agency specifies.
07What is your minimum and maximum contract size?
Eficas takes on engagements from single-PO purchases up through multi-year program contracts. For larger awards we may team with bonded prime or subcontractor partners to deliver the full scope under one accountable interface.
08How quickly can you mobilize for disaster recovery work?
Eficas maintains standing subcontractor and equipment relationships that support rapid mobilization for storm, flood, and fire events. Debris management, emergency stabilization, and site restoration are delivered with documentation aligned to FEMA and state reimbursement requirements from day one.
