04 · Signature work

Neighborhood revitalization, delivered as a coordinated program.

Revitalization scopes are where Eficas's general-vendor model pays off most. One contract, one accountable partner, and one reporting interface across what would otherwise be a dozen small contractors.

When a county or municipality needs to move on blight, vacant lots, or facade improvements at scale, the procurement burden of issuing and managing many small contracts can stall the work. Eficas takes on that coordination — sourcing local labor, managing trades, fulfilling supplies, and producing the documentation grants and councils require.

One contract. One accountable partner. One reporting interface across a multi-trade revitalization program.

What's typically in scope

  1. Site assessment & planning support Walk-throughs, scope definition, and pricing on a parcel-by-parcel basis with documentation suitable for council or grant review.
  2. Multi-trade coordination Subcontractor selection, scheduling, insurance and bonding compliance, and on-site oversight across trades.
  3. Supply fulfillment Equipment, materials, and consumables sourced through our supply-side program — with preference for local suppliers.
  4. Progress & close-out reporting Photo documentation, milestone reporting on the agency's schedule, and a tidy close-out package on completion.

06 · Frequently asked

Common questions from procurement teams.

Quick answers to the questions buyers ask before issuing a solicitation or direct purchase order. Don't see your question here? Reach out through the form below.

01Are you registered on SAM.gov and on state vendor portals?
Eficas Consulting is in the process of completing SAM.gov registration to obtain UEI and CAGE codes, and is registering on relevant state and county vendor portals in our service area. Current registration status is available on request.
02Do you self-perform or subcontract?
Both. Eficas self-performs supply, coordination, and program-management work, and engages qualified, insured, and bonded subcontractors for specialized trades. Subcontractor documentation and oversight remain Eficas's responsibility under a single contract.
03What is your insurance and bonding capacity?
Eficas maintains general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and works with a bonding partner for project-specific surety. Certificates of insurance and bonding-capacity letters are provided with proposal submissions and are available upon request.
04Can you respond to RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs?
Yes. Eficas responds to RFPs, RFQs, ITBs, and direct purchase orders for any of our six capability lines. We can also serve as a single-point general vendor on multi-line solicitations. Send solicitation packages through the form below or directly to contracts@EficasConsulting.com.
05What geographic areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is [State / Region placeholder]. We can extend to additional states for the right scope and engagement size — particularly for supply-side and program-coordination work where geography is less constraining.
06How do you handle prevailing wage / Davis-Bacon?
On scopes subject to prevailing-wage or Davis-Bacon requirements, Eficas applies the governing wage determination across all on-site labor (in-house and subcontracted), maintains certified payroll records, and submits the required reporting on the schedule your agency specifies.
07What is your minimum and maximum contract size?
Eficas takes on engagements from single-PO purchases up through multi-year program contracts. For larger awards we may team with bonded prime or subcontractor partners to deliver the full scope under one accountable interface.
08How do you ensure supply continuity for medical and office goods?
Through diversified supplier relationships, optional recurring-purchase programs, and just-in-time delivery arrangements. For medical supply scopes specifically, we can establish minimum on-hand levels and replenishment triggers tailored to the agency's operational tempo.
